Rama Navami

Sri Rama Navami celebrates the appearance day (birthday in general English) of Lord Ramachandra. He appeared on the Navami Tithi(9th day) in the Shukla Paksha (bright half) of the month of Chaitra in the city of Ayodhya to King Dasaratha and Queen Kaushalya.This occasion is celebrated with great fervour every year by devotees. In March 2023, devotees of Hare Krishna Prasthanam too observed the festival with cultural events, Aratis, Rama katha, Prasadam and more.
